Shipping

All orders will be delivered to UPS within 24 hours of your placed order. If an order is placed on Friday-Sunday, your order will be delivered to UPS on Monday. All orders are shipped via UPS. Customers located in the state of NY will receive their online order in 2-5 business days. Customers outside of the state of NY will receive their order in 3-8 business days. If a PO box address is needed for delivery, please contact us directly at 718-837-1650 to set up an alternate shipping carrier.

Returns

If you purchased an item and it did not work out for you, please read through our return policy below.

Continental Shoes allows returns on unworn/as-new condition merchandise in its original box within 30 days of the purchase date. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be shipped back in original box, including protective materials such as bag or padding to protect the merchandise. Please include your name, order number, and phone number inside of the return package. Online purchases can be returned at our physical store or via mail.
